Joe Girard – “How To Sell Anything to Anybody”
One of the speakers I admired most is Joe Girard. His  dynamic presentation really moves my heart. That is why he is #1 salesperson in the world. I bought his two books – “How to sell yourself” and “How to Sell Anything to Anybody”.

I Like You is his trademark of selling.

In National Achievers Congress here he revealed the secret of his success is there is no scecret. Just one step at a time. He make sure that he sell his service to other people professionally and properly. He eat lunch with either customer or the bankers. He will not eat lunch with his colleague or other people unless it bring benefit to his success. Otherwise it will just a waste of time.

A very discipline person and with only focusing his job that is selling automobiles. He is excellent to provide services to his customer and always keep in touch with them even after the sales. His methods – sending thank you card, greeting card calling up and followup. I was inspired by his dedication.

T Harv Eker  – “From Zero to Millionaire”
T Harv is a multimillionaire and now dedicated himself to teach other how to be a millionaire and have a millionaire mind. His famous statement is – Give me five minutes, and I can predict your financial future for the rest of your life. How true.

I read one of his book called Secrets of the Millionaire Mind and it was a fantastic book. The book is very interesting book on how rich people (read millionaire) think and act compare to poor and middle-class people. He will be conducting a Millionaire Mind workshop in the Mines Exhibition Kuala Lumpur on 24th to 26th May.

Adam Ginsberg – “How To Buy, Sell & Make A Fortune Using eBay”
Adam gave a well prepared and powerful talk on how to make money from ebay selling stuff from home and real estate. He claims to have made US$20 million on ebay. I guess it is true if you sell real estate and property on ebay.

Lots of people (about 80 peoples) signed up for the course he will be conducting in Malaysia on Aug 22 – 24 2008.

Dr. Clemen Chiang – “Make Money in 2008”
Dr Chiang is recognized as one of the most dynamic pioneers of the options trading coaching industry in Singapore, Malaysia and other part of Asia.  A very powerful and dynamic speaker and present his material with confident.

In his talk he presented his success in option trading and he is able to give prediction on the US economy based on the historic pattern and chart. He is really a chartist and an economic expert.

He has taught about 20,000 students in option trading. That is a lot of students. His strategy is mostly in gapping method. Use option to enter the market and trade for either gap up or gap down the next day.

In today talk he shows many testimonials of his students making high percentage gain like 1000% to 3000%. Of course this is to excite the participants to sign up for the course.

The venue in KLCC is not bad actually with food court at the ground floor and KLCC shopping center within walking distance. Anyway I was there early as usual and not to miss the opening talk.

There at least 3000 participants and meet some regular friends there. The speaker for today is Steven Molnar, Roger Hamilton, Steve Linder and Blair Singer.

Steven Molnar – “Real-Estate Mastery”
Steven Molnar has taught and coached many students on real estate property investment. His method of success in property investment is getting people around you to help up – bankers, tenants and others.

Using money saving from our job we invest in property as wealth creation to increase income asset to generate cash flow. His is able to buy property with zero and small money as down payment using bank loan as leverage.

He is conducting a free Real Estate Mastery program on May 3 in Cititel Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Roger Hamilton  – “Your Life Your Legacy”
He is an entrepreneur and becoming a millionaire in late twenties and retiring at age 30. Now live in Bali and in his retirement he has committed himself to a vision of World Wide Wealth studying and teaching the concept of making money to give away.

His concept is Wealth = Value x Leverage.

Steve Linder – “7 Steps to Achieving Performance”

He is my favorite speaker for today. Blair Singer is the author of two best selling books: SalesDogs – You Do Not Have to be an Attack Dog to be Successful in Sales and The ABC’s of How to Build A Business Team That Wins which are part of the Rich Dad Advisors series.

He talk about how to sells to be successful. The only way to be a millionaire is to be able to sells anything to make money.

He shared about the secret in company success:

Abundance
Stability
Chaos

Invincible

Here he gives powerful tips to sells.  First find people with money and able to buy stuffs. Approach and present the sales. Lastly do the closing sales. Finally ask for the testimonial.

This year National Achievers Congress (NAC) will be held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Center Malaysia (KLCC) on April 26th – 27th 2008. Every year for the past 5 years I will never fail to attend these wonderful seminar events.

It was through one of these National Achievers Congress Seminar that has changed my life to be better, successful and entrepreneurship. That was year 2004. During that year and at the NAC seminar I was transpired by the these powerful speaker talk and that has motivated me to begin my journey to my success. That year 2004 I have attended some of the speaker bigger events after the NAC. I was not the same after that.

That is why I will always make it a point to pay and attend any these seminar to learn and be learn again. It’s like a refreshing course and get the fire up again.
